Tai Cao was very knowledgeable and helpful with the selection of our Elantra. Hau-B Cao was more than amazing when it came to getting the financing completed for our purchase. If not for these two individuals, we probably would've gone somewhere else.

They were unable to fix the electronic problem I have. When the car on cruise and a MPH is set, sometimes it clicks off and the SCC Radar light comes on.

Everytime I get my 2013 Hyundai Elantra serviced at Jim Ellis it is always a very pleasant experience. The staff is super nice,helpful and friendly. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable with many amenities .
