The whole process was a rush. I NEVER felt like the staff was working "with" me. Maybe it was because it was near the end of the day, not sure. The test drive was short only about 2 blocks and on the streets. Had I been able to take a longer test drive I would NOT have gone through with the process. I called to speak to the sale person a couple of times concerning the performance of the vehicle and received a response that really did not provide an viable answer. I thought it was me. It is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata that had literally just come in and had not been "prepped" but I was told that I could pick the car up in a couple of days after it was prepped, which I was able to. I don't believe this car is long term for me.

I thought the waiting room was fantastic - although I didn't have my young daughter with me, I noticed the children's room and thought that it was very refreshing to know that I could bring her with me during an oil change without dreading a painfully boring experience for her. I had a delicious doughnut while i waited (I didn't have an appointment, so I was happy to wait a bit longer than usual). Everyone at the location was extremely friendly. Service was performed as expected. I actually look forward to my next oil change at this location... what did I even just say?? :)

Staff is always friendly and helpful, even those not involved in the purchase. Nothing pushy. That's why this was my 5th Hyundai purchased from Jim Ellis. 3 Sonatas, an Elantra, and this Tucson.
