It's almost always excellent. I have one complaint. The car washes are not done thoroughly. I recognize that the washes are "free" but if you are going to do them, do them well.

Please note and change...Names are important...I am NOT Mary! My name is Mary Ann. Names of people at Jim Ellis who have been helpful to me: Mike Ennis, Bruce Vernon. Callie Gay and Charlie Pate. My 2012 Elantra was purchased from Jim Ellis and has never been taken anywhere else for service. The four people previously named are THE BEST! I really mean this! I am a 73 year old, sometimes crazy lady when it comes to the car. They have always been kind and helpful and understanding. Jim Ellis is blessed to have them on his team and I am blessed that our paths have crossed.

The oil was leaking in my car and I was very pleased with the service! I especially appreciated how quickly the service was done, and the shuttle ride to the Marta station.

I was not happy with the level of customer service : when I arrived prior to my appointment, I was told to wait for a sales person that was on. There was at least four other associate that could have signed me in. I did request if someone else could sign me in and one associate said well he was the one to set up the appointment, after a moment and with a little attitude the man that made my appointment put his hand over the receiver and said just sign her up, just sign her up in a nasty tone. When my car was completed and I received a call about additional things that was wrong with my car he never gave me pricing, so I just picked up my car up and hopefully I don't have to come back again.
