Let me just say 2 things. Your service team is EXCELLENT. I've know Bruce Vernon for years (from Chevy) and AG Elder has been my service advisor for the last few times in and I always have updates and am in and out quickly. 10 out of 10, no questions. However, this is the 4th time my car has been in for the same reason and I have no more time to deal with this issue.

I have historically had bad (sometimes really bad) experiences at Jim Ellis Hyundai in the service center, but because of a service plan that I purchased when I bought the car, I have to do business here. That said, the last few visits have been a little better, so my opinion is slowly changing. There are a few issues that consistently arise. One being my service plan isn't readily on a screen that the service adviser can access. I bought the service plan at this dealership. Everything else in the world is tied to my VIN and easy to access by the service adviser. Why isn't the plan that I purchased? I've been told that it's because it's my responsibility to prove what I have. I've also heard from members of the service team that the plan is a total ripoff made even worse by the fact that your service people seem to make it really difficult to utilize the plan. The other main issue is that there always seems to be a lack of communication as to what I need to have serviced and what is being serviced.
