A. G. Elder was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience very positive. He was upfront about the length of time the service should take and coordinated a rental so I wasn't stuck at the dealership all day. He also communicated regularly with updates on the car/pricing and when the work was complete. Overall very satisfied!

Everything was fine with the service. However, something was reset in my car such that I am unable to get to Siri in my iPhone now by pushing the button on my steering wheel now when I used to be able to do so prior to the service appointment. Now it goes into the cars voice enabled system that does not know how to do hands free texting on my phone. I would like someone to provide me with some instructions on how to get it back to how I had it before. Thanks.

I gave the dealership a 10, however, I was hesitant. I came in only to get an oil change and I was there 2.5 hours. They also lost my key.
