Debra was great to work with. She arranged for a rental car, promised she would call me when it was done, estimated it would be ready by 3pm & called me before 3pm to tell me my Azera was ready! She used a coupon for the transmission flush to save me money & answered ALL my many questions. She delivered OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

Nice dealership but waited for 1.5 hrs for an oil change when they said they were slow that day.

When I got my car back and left going through the driveway onto the main road I noticed the car was shaking, I took it back and apparently I got a huge nail in the tire in the brief minutes I was driving. They fixed my tire immediately :) As usual, excellent service, courteous, and professional staff. Mr. Danon was magnificent!

AG is a great adviser. He is on top of things, communicates frequently and made my trips to the service department as stress-free as possible. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 solely because they were unable to find the issue with the vehicle both times it was brought in, and I run the risk of it appearing a 3rd time. From a customer service standpoint the experience was excellent.

Mike Ennis helped me all the way through, made the experience of waiting for the work to be done tolerable because I could trust that he would keep me up with the pace of finishing the job. When it turned out that "jim Ellis" could not do it that day as planned, he did not try to play it off, but patiently explained why there was a delay, and made me feel confident that y'all were doing all you could, and you did...the car runs beautifully.
