Jim Ellis dealership was the best ever! They were fast, efficient and super easy to work with during the whole process of replacing my totaled vehicle. I am loving my near car. It's the third one we've purchased from Jim Ellis Hyundai and each experience has been better than the previous one! Big shout out to Wesley and Lou, they were awesome!

?I turned my Genesis in for Warranty work. I waited for 1.5 hours to be picked up by Enterprise and was given a base Model Dodge Journey. Would like to get a more comparable loaner more efficiently in the future. Your shop people were personable and seemed very knowledgeable. Car was repaired in a timely manner.

Attempted to tell me to do tire rotation and claimed it was on the maintenance schedule when it was not on the schedule for another few thousand miles. I know how to read. Don't pull stuff like this.

I purchased a 2017 back in September of 2016. My experience was AMAZING. They offered me snacks & were so friendly! I just reached my 5,000 mile mark & had to get my vehicle serviced. They were so nice! They even vaccummed my car out for me! Just awesome. Thanks so much!
