I have a 2010 Hyundai Accent. I needed regular service and also had additional problems with the door locking mechanism. A.G. not only fixed that, but found and suggested a replacement of the timing belt. He even found an extended warranty I had forgotten about which paid for the door repairs! After paying my bill and picking up my car, I got a phone call from your cashier saying that I had been overcharged and was due a credit. This was quickly and easily accomplished over the phone. Fantastic service. I don't recall ever being treated so well by a dealership service department at any of the dealers I have dealt with in the past.

Everything about the customer service at Jim Ellis is above the norm. I'm always impressed by the everyone I encounter. From sales to service this place is the best.

I live less than 10 miles to a Hyundai dealership in Newnan, GA and will still drive to Atlanta to Jim Ellis for a oil change because of the outstanding service and treatment I experience each time I'm there. Thank you Troy

Hyundai Sonata Staff was helpful although I did have to wait 40 minutes for the enterprise rep to pick me up and I had to remind the service desk to call enterprise back 3 times (they never got an answer). Service took about an hour longer than expected.
