The sale process was excellence but the service department sucked. There was wax residue in the crevices of the car; water marks everywhere; one tire wasn't shine. I could overlook all that but not tightening the oil filter valve cap or whatever would allow engine to almost drain completely out on my trip back to Orlando the following day, is unacceptable!! The engine could have been damaged!!

I had the best car buying experience ever thanks to David Kim and Lucian Brener. They made it painless and put me in a better vehicle than I even expected to get. Thanks to them I can enjoy driving again! I will be a returning customer. Thanks again!

I enjoy working and seeing Debra. My experience was great except for the issue with my tires. I just had the tires rotated 2 days prior to coming into Jim Ellis for servicing. Debra informed me that the mechanic was recommending I buy new tires because my tires were showing signs of dry rot. I was surprised this was going on and she showed me cracks in the sidewalls. I was told that I can buy the tires that day for $500. I felt a little pressured to buy tires but I didn't have the money right then because I was leaving for vacation in a few days. My tires are still under warranty at Costco, so I decided to drive there after the servicing appointment to speak to a manager mechanic. I showed the manager mechanic the cracks in the tires and he said it was not dry rot. He said its normal wear and tear and the cracks are superficial. He said that the dealership was trying to get an extra $500 out of me. I'm a little troubled that the dealer said I needed to get new tires when Costco told me the exact opposite.

wait time way too long for service being done, actually talked to a man who came in after me who had MORE done to his car, and he left before I did!

Hyundai elantra flat tire change- Did not realize my car didn't come with a spare which is very inconvenient! Took a very long time to get the hyundai roadside assistance to get to me, then had to wait for almost 2 hours at the dealer for them to change my tire. Overall took 4.5 hours out of my day for a flat tire, which is very long! But Christopher was great at the service department and very helpful and nice!

Having previously been introduced to the 2015 Genesis in the Casablanca white exterior with the beige interior at another dealership, I went on line to find the exact car with fewer miles and a exterior that was in better condition. I found the exact make, model, and color combination at Jim Ellis. I was so excited. I did not think that I would find another in the city. I printed out all the information about the car. When I walked in to your dealership, What luck, met Marty Adelman! I handed him my print out and told him that I was only interested in "this" car. He said let me get it and drive it around to the front. He drove it up and proceeded to answer all of my questions. We did a test drive and now I am the proud owner! I wish all car shopping experiences could be this easy and enjoyable! When my husband and I had questions about the previous ownership, Marty promptly printed the car fax on this car! I. He reviewed it with us and gave us the copy for our records. So efficient! I purchased a " Pre-Owned 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan 3.8 Tech Package" Marty has called me twice to followup and see if I was happy with the car and to see if there was anything more he could do. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. What a seasoned professional he is. He knows the car. He is a great salesman! Spent a lot of time with me the day we took delivery helping train me on the technology and sync my phone! We had a small glitch with a slightly worn condition of the leather on the drivers seat the day we were to take delivery. He jumped in the car rushed it to the repair person. It was fixed very quickly! They made it look like new! Thanks for a great experience. Your dealership came highly recommended to us.
