This Sonata is my 2nd car from Jim Ellis Hyundai, and I love it! I've always had very good treatment from Jim Ellis right from the Sales Dept. to Service to Collision!! I will buy my next car from them as well!

OVERALL GOOD JOB. Only complaint is with regards to your cleaning service. I had requested that the interior of the car be cleaned, especially the seats. When the car was given back to me, it was SOAKING WET....TO THE POINT THAT WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE CAR, MY PANTS WERE SOAKING WET!!! The next morning, I had to take paper towels to the interior of all of the windows in order to be able to see out of the car! This was totally unacceptable!!

Only issue. When I was getting in my car to leave after the service, the driver seat was all the way up and I couldn't get in. Had to move the seat back. I suggest instructing your staff not to change the seat location on customer's cars. Even if your staffer bringing the car back to the customer is short, they can manage driving the car the short distance without having to adjust the seat. No a big deal, but wanted you to know.
