I have been working with Julio Cruz on purchasing a Genesis, and my experience has been very pleasant. He has been exceptionally helpful answering questions I have, helping with information to guide me through the purchase process. There has not been the usual sales pressure buyers experience when we visit showrooms, just helpful info to help the customer make good choices, and that was a very pleasant surprise. Same can be said of the finance person I spoke with, and Brianna Murrin my first contact. Without any exaggeration, this has been best car buying experience for me, and when my son is ready for his next car, this is where we will buy. Upon return from a weekend out of town, I went to start my car and it was completely dead. Computer did not recognize the fob or anything. Got it jumped and went on my way but called the dealership for assistance on the fob issue. Spoke with Cory 2-3 times who told me to use the fob to push the start button and he guaranteed it would work - IT DID NOT. I was left with a totally dead car in my garage. Spoke with John, the GM of the dealership, who knew nothing about my car which was quite surprising. I let both of these men know that I would have my car towed to the dealership in the morning and to please leave word. That didn't happen either. When I arrived yesterday morning, Bruce Vernon was wonderful about getting my car in and noting that the fob would NEVER provide any solution as suggested, or sworn to, by Cory. I needed a new car battery as well as new batteries in both fobs, which Bruce took care of. While I obviously had to wait due to busy season, I was out relatively quickly under difficult circumstances. THANK YOU to Bruce and perhaps those who sell the cars should have a better level of familiarity with the vehicles - especially the GM of the dealership.
