Mike was most helpful with my problem and communicated with me very well. The only "glitch" in this visit was that someone in service department got black grease on my sun visor which I didn't notice until I was driving back from dealership to my home in East Cobb so I couldn't go back immediately to have cleaned. I called Mike and he was most apologetic and I was able to bring the car back the next day, thankfully I had an appointment in Tucker so did not have to make a special trip back to Chamblee. Mike had it cleaned immediately and was very helpful but this should never had happened in the first place and I was just lucky that I was not more inconvenienced. The service people need to be more careful.......aside from that, I still choose to drive to Jim Ellis rather than go to Ed Voyles which is much closer to my home. I generally get great service from your staff.

This was the first service that went really well, I was taken promptly, job was done quickly. Internet worked well and was fast enough for me to do my work while I waited. Still don't like the facility WAY to crowded

The staff is ALWAYS on top of everything. Very sweet and like family(...well like the family you wish you had;-) Charlie is like a beam of light. She can lift me up by just a few words of encouragement. People do not know what they can do to be of service by just a smile and treating others with kindness... The gentlemen Damon who helped me this time and the last got me in and out of there in record time and was very quick to get my info up and the car to the service dept. All that work there are helping each other...like clockwork...I recommend Jim Ellis to everyone who comments they like my car...

check is always "just ok". the team is not great at customer service, especially after waiting long enough to hear two other conversations and sales methods from other advisors as well. a bit of a scare tactic, not cool. I have an issue with my services which were not well done and the first thing is "when you wanna bring it back"... well, I dont. it is very inconvenient. first things should have been "I am so sorry to hear that"! and twice now, grease has been left on the door. interior "complementary clena left it less clean than when I brought it with cheap towels leaving lint across the dash.
