I had a very pleasant experience. Darrow and Mark were both friendly and efficient. I purchased a Hyundai Elantra SE. I had a demo for a few days before my car was ready. Only thing I would do differently is after having the demo, I wish I would have gotten more options. My car now pales in comparison.

They were not able to fix my problem before the service department closed and they still did not give me courtesy car for the night, I then had to take an Uber to pick up my car in the morning. In the AM though Danon I believe is his name gave great service and as he has many times before

Great experience. I had to delay my appointment by 45 minutes so I called, spoke with Charlie and she adjusted my appointment with her usual cheerful professionalism. Upon arrival, Danon checked me in, I asked him to check a few other concerns that I had not mentioned when I made the appointment and he graciously added these to the spec sheet. I was in the waiting room eating donuts and drinking coffee within minutes. After a short time, Charlie come through the waiting room, spoke with almost everyone by name and asked if we needed anything. She really brightens a room! After a reasonable amount of time had passed, Danon came out, told me my car was done, my concerns were addressed and the service I requested had been completed. He also informed me that there were no extra charges nor a list of "problems" that I needed to address. My service advisor tells me honestly and candidly what and when I need services performed. This dealership has a great service department staff and their professionalism, courtesy and reputation is unmatched by other Hyundai dealerships. Brian, 2013 Genesis R-Spec

My service agent Chris was very helpful! I went in for an oil change, and I had a few lights outs on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Upon inspection, I was told I needed new front brake pads. However, the price I was quoted to replace my front brake-pads was $125 more than the competition. Chris tried to help me by searching for coupons, he was unsuccessful, and in the end I decided to take my car somewhere else for my brake service.
