I purchased a 2015 certified pre-owned genesis. I traveled from New Orleans to purchase this vehicle. When i arrived the vehicle was not ready. Upon inspecting the vehicle I found several problems: door accent panel scraped and peeling, broken lens in the side mirror turn signal, paint had not been touched up. They took the vehicle back to repair the items and a few hours later I was on my way. A bit frustrating since I traveled so far and they had plenty of time to notice and fix these problems, but they did fix them without hesitation once i pointed them out.

Though my salesman, Marti, was very helpful, I felt that I wasted 3 hours of time for nothing.
