Mr. Damon Hentin was excellent he kept me informed and follow up with me and fulfilled my request as asked. I would recommend your service department. If I have one suggestion, I would wash the cars before I return them to the customers and shine the wheels. Overall five thumbs up.

서비스 시간이너무길고(약2시간30분),케빈에어필터를 점검했으면,제대로 조립을 했어야 하는데,정확하게 조립을하지않아서 다시방 문이제대로 닫기질않았음.그리고 약 2시간 소요할거라고 해서 가서애기하니깐 세차중이라늦는다고,그러나약30분후에 나왔는데 세차도하지않았음. 이번서비스는 아주좋지않았습니다.

My experience at the dealership was great and comfortable. It was so relaxing I fell asleep waiting for my car. The staff welcomed you as soon as I walk through the door. I was helped by Eddie King. Even though he was a New England Patriots fan he was still helpful and my experience good and he informed me that I need new tires.

I forget the man's name that helped us. He was an older white gentleman. His desk was the farthest to the right by the door for the service department. He was very pleasant!
