I usually have amazing experience but my car wasn't vacuum and an the car was clean. I know I am spoiled but I come to your dealership for this experience. I was unhappy. The oil change was great. But gentleman told me that my battery didn't pass the test but he check passed on my paperwork.

I bought a CPO Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. After being upset that two cars I had come to see were sold while I was there at the dealership, Lucian was committed to finding me the perfect car that met all of my criteria. He was personable and I felt he genuinely wanted to make sure I found a car that made me happy, and he did!

This experience was very different this time around. When I normally come to Jim Ellis I am usually greeted with such warm southern hospitality but this time I was greeted with indifference, detachment and cold professionalism. It was very strange. Not to say the gentleman was rude or anything he was as we would put in the customer service industry (nice enough). I'm normally directed to a waiting area with drinks and snacks but none of this ever happened. I also thought it was strange that I had to pay $30 for my oil change as this is included in my car payments. I've never paid in the past. As much as I would love to continue to come to the dealership where I purchased my car (which actually sold me on great customer service) I think I might find me a local mechanic that offers better customer service because for me this is very important.
