Busy Saturday, still nearly 2 hours for oil change seems a little longer than expected. Gave me the keys but car was not out front. Had to go back inside and have it pulled around.

I would have to say that this is the only Jim Ellis service experience that I have had in over a decade in which I was not totally satisfied. I have been taking my Hyundai and Chevy vehicles to Jim Ellis for service for years. But, this is the first time that I left the dealership after routine maintenance to discover from my neighbor that the rear brake light was out and did not get tested or replaced during service. Today I will have to make a trip to Pep-Boys to have the light replaced. On a side note, the staff was as friendly and courteous as always.

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. I left after the oil change, and car was smoking and not takin gas. I was told it was oil in my gaskets. I don't believe because this was my 4-5 time of get oil change there for a 2013 Elantra. Services and communication wasn't clear after the oil issue, as well as slow, I had to come check on my car. Left a bad taste in my mouth with the dealership.

They did a tire rotation and oil change, and it was very speedy! I camped out and worked for about an hour and they were done so quickly. Always a good experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai.

The Service and Staff was excellent! The issue is with my 2015 Hyundai Genesis needing New Tires after only 14,000 Mi of normal wear, this I feel is unacceptable. Jim Ellis has done everything to balance them for a smoother ride, but doesn't work. I feel that Hyundai has a responsibility
