Very satisfied

I had an appointment at 1:30 PM for simply an oil change. I was informed at almost 3 PM that my car was just being taken back for servcing. My car was ready about 3:30 PM. That was simply unacceptable to sit in your lobby for two hours awaiting an oil change. I'm not sure what the point of having an appointment was ??

Had an oil change, tire rotation and a recall item taken care of, and it only took about an hour. I always appreciate the complimentary car wash.

Still something bad smell coming out when turn on air conditioner or heater after they change filters

I did not have to rotate tires because I did it last time. They said they did not check brakes because I refused to rotate tires. I told them I rotated tires last time.
