Everything was great regarding my experience at your dealership while waiting for my car. Unfortunately, my car now has an oil leak -- which it did not have when I came in-- and I have to come back tomorrow to have my car looked at.

My wait was much longer than I was told, however, they apologized many times and were sincere. Overall I had a good experience and my recall was taken care as well as the oil change.

My husband I had a great experience with Jim Ellis Hyundai. Danon Henton took care of us and we truly appreciate his exceptional customer service. We went in to have one thing fixed and Danon was kind enough to inform us about an extended warranty we had and took care of another issue for us. Danon and the rest of the team are very prompt and friendly. As soon as you walk through the door, you're going to receive several warm welcomes. This location has been very accommodating and the shuttle driver Mitch is awesome as well. Thanks again Danon and Jim Ellis Hyundai.
