I just had to have a tire replaced on my recently purchased 2014 Santa Fe Sport. I was disappointed I had a bad tire after only 8 months, but Eddie explained to me in detail how it was not a manufacturer defect. They were very busy and I had to wait three hours, but I went next door to the café at Jim Ellis Audi, had breakfast and was able to work from there. After getting a quote for the tire, I was surprised to find that the price was in line with all the research I did on line because I usually expect the price for any service is going to be more expensive at a dealership. I had a 2002 Santa Fe until 2016! I always had it serviced at Jim Ellis, that's why I went straight to Jim Ellis for my second Santa Fe! I love it! I've always gotten great service at Jim Ellis Hyundai.
