As I was leaving after having my Car serviced as the Recall taken care of.....my Car was making a very loud noise as I was leaving Jim Ellis. A loud Noise was coming from under the Hood. I immediately came back to Jim Ellis and the Car was looked at. There was obviously some type of problem and I was told to go back inside. I could not get an answer as to what the problem was. I can not understand how the person who drove my Car after the Car was serviced did not hear the Noise and address this immediately rather than me being the one to be immediately aware that there was something not right with my Car.

I love getting my car serviced here. I just wish they had given me a rental sooner. I waited in the wait room over 4 hours when originally I was told it would be around 2 hours. Everything else was great.
