My husband and I live in Cary, NC and had been looking for a 2015 Genesis for months. We finally found exactly what we wanted at Jim Ellis in Atlanta. My husband and Larry (sales) did most of the work over the phone before we flew a short flight to purchase the car. The car was beautiful and better than we could have imagined. They treated us like royalty and Larry even gave us extra goodies to take home to our kids. Hau-B (finance) and Larry were both awesome, funny, and most of all not pushy in the slightest way. We have never been in and out of a car dealership buying a car in such a short amount of time. The price on this car was amazing and met our financial needs. They have the best selection of cars of anywhere that my husband looked...and he looked at a LOT of places! In the future, we will not hesitate to shop there again and I will always recommend them! It was worth the cheap airline tickets to make this such a pleasant experience. Thank you Larry and Hau-B...we are customers for life!

It was a good experience all round. Lou Hammersmith was most helpful.

I'm a repeat customer of Larry Purdy and always enjoy working with him and the Jim Ellis dealership; especially now that he's a big shot Genesis Brand guy!!! An opportunity for development is the actual closing process. There seems to be an inordinate amount of documents to sign, many of which are a bit curious. In this digital age, the process should be reviewed. Indeed, I the dealership (and the airline counter) are the only places where I see a 9 pin dot matrix printer ... I'm just sayin'!!!
