The tech followed-through on all of my requests and assisted with a loaner due to the expected length of the service.

I had a side view mirror replaced. Excellent service and the mirror looks terrific. I misunderstood about the price and the manager met with me and made an adjustment which was a big help to me. Therefore I will be happy to recommend this agency because you are willing to listen and make adjustments when you feel that it is necessary. I did purchase the car with your agency through Hau-Be.

Quick response, despite not having an appointment amicable environment. i took my car after getting a flat tire and needed to buy a new one and make my protection insurance effective.

Diagnosis for blower motor not working on lower speeds. 3:30 appointment, arrived at 3:25, left at 5:10 Results, needs a resistor. Part needs ordered, maybe Friday arrival. Staff was friendly, car was cleaned. Having the part in stock so it could be fixed without a second trip would have gotten a 10.
