When my car was given to me the seats were dirty, they agree to clean them but the job they did was terrible, it actually looks worse. I have to take my seat now to have them detail.

I had my 2011 Hyundai Sonata towed to Jim Ellis after it wouldn't start. Bruce called to tell me exactly what was wrong, how soon it could be done, the quote, and even called when it was ready for pick up. I was so shocked it was ready the same day! My morning started so hectic, but allowing Jim Ellis service to take over allowed me to relax knowing my car would be ready the same day with very little inconvenience. Thank you guys! My car is running great!
