My service advisor was wonderful. He paired my phone to the bluetooth which I had been unsuccessful in doing, was quick, efficient and very courteous. I just went for an oil change, it was a 2011 Hyundai. I had to change appointment times a few times and they were most helpful

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Azera from Jim Ellis Hyundai and this was my 5th purchase! I keep going back because the customer service is impeccable and unmatchable! From the finance department(Hau B Cao) to the salesman who assisted me(Tai) and even the service department with Mike Ennis! These guys are the best of the best! Each time I visit Jim Ellis Hyundai of Atlanta I leave feeling like a valued customer. The service department personnel (specifically Charlie and Bruce) continue to supersede my expectations. As a customer of this particular dealership for 4 years and a business owner in the State of Georgia I understand the importance of strong partnerships. I purchased my Hyundai Sonata with the understanding that this would become a partnership with the Jim Ellis business. I am still very pleased with my purchase and the customer service of this department. Thank you for always taking good care of my investment.

Brought in 2009 Sonata for oil change and realignment of wiper fluid arm. Ed King called in technicians to take a look. They said they had never encountered a wiper fluid sprayer aimed too high but were able to get it into proper alignment. Received prompt service and was in and out of service department in a little over an hour.
