Hello, My complaint is about waiting time. When I make an appointment, I expect to be taken care of within a timely manner. I know that it is unreasonable to expected to be in and out just because you have an appointment, but I think waiting two hours for your vehicle to be diagnosed is ridiculous (that's not counting repair time). All the staff and advisers are very corteus, and that's one of the reasons why I keep going back, but something needs to be done to improve honoring appointment times. This is not the first time this happens, and in fact waiting times have worsen in the last couple visits. Thanks.

Excellent experience of taking care of the Recalled items. The ambience of the waiting room is great. Thank you for the coffee and donuts! I was able to work in the quiet room. thank you for your high speed Wi-Fi service as well.
