Your folks are cordial and welcoming. From Charlie who answered my call for an appointment to Dannon who checked me in and helped me, everyone was focused on my needs. Wait time is long at this Hyundai Jim Ellis. Waited 2 hrs for an oil change even with a pre-booking. This was not the case for my previous experience in the Buick Jim Ellis.
