After service was performed the courtesy car wash was so poorly done as if they had only rubbed a wet towel on a black car that still showed all the visible dirt untouched. So I requested it be washed again and because of the delay asked for Tire shine be applied on my tires. When my car came to me, NO TIRE SHINE was applied and it was not vacuum. My 2009 Genesis is a exceptionally clean car. I asked for a manager and spoke with Mike Ennis about the wash and my 3 scarred chrome wheels. He offered to rechrome 2 by appointment

I had brought the vehicle in for service the preceding day. Some needed parts were not in stock. I called the service rep later in the day who told me that the parts would be in this morning, and made an appointment. The parts (tire pressure sensors) were replaced, I left and went home with no warning lights showing. The waiting area is clean and inviting. The amenities are nice. Both coffee and soft drinks were welcome. The TV's are good. The magazine selection is a bit "limited," but, hey, everybody has differing tastes, right? =)

I recently had warranty repair work done to my 2015 Genesis for the suspension. Things were done very timely and I was notified of changes as they came. No major complaints.

I have the "free oil change" option, but every time I have service I get charged for the oil change. This means that I must review my invoice very carefully and have the change removed. Why isn't this option part of my profile?
