Danon took over the repair of my vehicle from ABRA auto body after I had trouble with them. He was professional, timely, and had great communication. After jim ellis did the repairs, I was experiencing the same issue still. Danon took my car back, and him and Will did everything they could do recreate the issue. They didn't have much luck, but it was not through a lack of trying. Bottom line, my air conditioning is working, and I have confidence Danon will be there if it gives me trouble again. Their patience with me was the most appreciated part of my experience.

An hour and 45 minutes is way too long to wait for just a simple oil change. Particularly since I scheduled the appointment more than 2 weeks in advance. When I made the appointment they didn't tell me I would have to wait almost 2 hours. The sticker they put on my windshield is completely illegible because the printer must've run out of ink but they slapped a sticker on there anyway. Next time I'm taking my car for an oil change somewhere else.

I usually have an appointment but this time I walked in to see if they can fit me in for an oil change. Bruce took my car to the shop right away and not only was my oil changed but took care of a few recalls and washed it. He is truly a professional and this is why I have purchased 3 cars from Jim Ellis Hyundai and will continue to do so.
