Everyone was so attendful and beyond helpful. They made the car buying experience nothing but the best. I would definitely be back in the future.

AG was very courteous. We showed up with no appointment. Our Genesis, under warranty, had the Check Engine light on. It wasn't until the end of our check in process that AG informed us they may not be able to get to the car that day. It would have been nice to have that information up front. We did end up leaving the car, and around 4:30pm AG called to say they had not gotten to the car. However, he would arrange a rental for us at the dealer's expense. This was nice and unexpected. They were able to look at and fix the car under warranty the next day. AG was nothing but courteous and professional.

Car service was good. A coupon for $10 was not accepted though because we didn't present it at the "correct" time. See, most places take coupons when you pay. If Jim Ellis only takes coupons when a car is dropped off then you should get in the habit of asking people if they have any since it doesn't make sense. No one said anything to me about cost, payment or coupons when I dropped off. Really not happy about the inflexibility over $10. That is an hour of my time at work, so yes it is important to me. Every other store even allows you to bring a coupon back with your receipt AFTER the purchase has been made. All we tried to do was present it at checkout (which is the logical time).

It has become apparent that mechanics are no longer mechanics but just technicians that reads codes and are told to fix a problem instead of solving the real issue. I'm not impressed with the service or advice of the staff or management. Nobody really knows what is going on with the car except the car. That's a shame.
