My experience buying a hyundai was great. The salesman Mr. Randy Cowart was awesome to deal with. He really made our car buying experience a pleasure. He took us through and showed us the service dept and also how to use all the equipment on our vehicle.

This was my first time buying a car and the dealership made it an easy process. The staff was very helpful and professional, and helped me get a great deal of an Elantra. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

2013 Veloster. Quick and efficient as usual. Found the battery was failing and replaced it saving me from being stranded down the road. Christopher was very nice.

We purchased a 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited and while the car was expected to be an excellent vehicle, the experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai made the process of purchasing it easy. Sam greeted us and assisted us in making a decision on the car. Eric and Jason were helpful in the financing portion, staying late to help complete the sale. Everything was excellent other than the time it took to get the vehicle ready and all the paperwork completed. We requested over the phone at 9:30 that everything be ready for us when we arrived. We drove from Augusta and arrived around noon. It was nearly 3:00 before we were finished and could leave the dealership.

Experience was fine.
