Carlton Hurble does an outstanding job. This service is a major part of why I am considering to replace my Equss with another, even though they have changed the name. My only advice is stop using the panic button to find the car. I probably get two or three advisories while the car is in service that the alarm is going off.

I appreciated the clear communication and updates as my vehicle was being repaired. I felt like I could trust the people helping me and that is a big deal when having your car worked on. I was able to get an appt at the last minute and didn't spend all day at the shop. Plus, I was directed to the Audi dealership's waiting area, which was a great environment to be in!

Very difficult to schedule Saturday appointments, even weeks in advance. Other dealerships have pretty good availability of Saturday appointments.

I have a 2014 Sonata. Service as usual was professional and the staff is always helpful.
