My sales representative, Joe Harmer, was very knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and offered some great recommendations. All of the people I have encountered at the dealership have been very friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to make sure you are happy and that all of your needs are accommodated. I would definitely refer Jim Ellis Hyundai to my friends.

I purchased a 2016 Genesis. The sales staff was excellent in that they made sure that I was shown every car that they thought I might like. I had already shopped online but the 2 cars I was interested in had already been sold.
