My car was towed in on 1/2/17 which was a holiday to most businesses so the service dept was fairly busy. The service dept was apparently so busy that it was almost 2 hours before I was told the problem and that it would take another 3/4 hours to repari.

AG is always wonderful about explaining things to me. I do wish that after the service, someone took the time to explain the items marked "will require future service" - how far in the future? Can I go ahead and schedule appointments for that, and get cost estimates? How critical are these items?
