This was an unexpected purchase for us as my car had been totaled a few weeks prior and so it wasn't all the excitement of a brand new car, and after my last car buying experience I was hesitant about the way I would be pushed around. However Gee and the Jim Ellis Hyundai team were warm, attentive, and not overly pushy and they made the process smooth when buying my new 2017 Hyundai Tuscon.

I purchased my first vehicle, a 2017 Sonata Sport. The service was above and beyond! Irving Aquino was THE BEST, while Hau-B Cao worked his magic. Irving made sure that we were comfortable, informed, and highly entertained; he really made us feel at home. Hau-B was awesome her never made me feel intimidated during the whole process and was able to get me an awesome rate. I have been to multiple dealerships searching for my first car, and all should take a page from Jim Ellis' book.

I had issues with my 3 year old Sonata passing emissions inspection RE: gas cap failure. The service team went above and beyond, providing service incomparable to any other dealer. I will continue to be a loyal customer and look forward to April when I will be leasing/buying a Hyundai. Thank you all
