Service is always excellent and timely.

The sales rep Steven Bae was a very thoughtful man and because of his manner I was able to quickly decide to buy a new car. I will totally be positive to recommend my friends to go meet Steven. But I will also tell my friend to be careful with the second person who close the deal. He raises financing rate from what Steven tells customer. Steven must be a deal closer, not another man.

always informative and aware of wait times

I arrived early for my appointment, and my car was taken right away. Mr. Eddie King said my car would be ready about 10:15 am. The waiting room and tables were full, so I sat in the children's room to read and wait for my car. At 11 am, I went to check on my car and Mr. King informed me that it had been ready for an hour. I asked why wasn't I notified. He said he came to the waiting room and called my name twice, which I could hear if he had. He then said he called me. I asked what number he called and he recited my home phone. I then asked did he call me on my cell and he replied yes. I showed him my cell phone which showed no call and upon arriving home I asked my husband if he received a call and he said no one called. I was disappointed that I had waited an extra hour but was more disappointed that Mr. King felt the need to lie to me.
