The experience with the dealership was exceptional. However, the initial problem with the warranty work of my Santa Fe's rear passenger window has not yet been resolved. Thankfully, Jim Ellis Hyundai service center is committed to repairing the issue with the window of my vehicle. Kevin Whiteside and Mr. Elder are very attentive and provide immediate updates regarding the vehicle's repairs, which is greatly appreciated. I'm just rather disappointed that I even need to deal with quality/fit/finish issues on this new Hyundai vehicle. Creaking from the rear passenger window has been an issue since I first purchased the vehicle. I'm hopeful that the Hyundai company will support Jim Ellis service center with ensuring that this creak is addressed. Regards. Tom Capitano

I had a great experience here. Irvin went above and beyond to make sure I got the 2017 Hyundai Elantra I wanted. Jason did great helping me with financiang. Leading up to the appointment Brianna was a big help. We emailed back and forth on several cars. All around excellent customer service.

Danon Henton made my experience exceptional. He is an asset to Jim Ellis Hyundai. I don't live close by, in fact, a competitor is closer, but I will keep coming back to Jim Ellis because of the service I receive.
