Came in to service my 2013 Hyundai Genesis sedan, which I bought as a CPO. Service was good. The personnel was very attentive and helpful.

It took 2.5 hours to do an oil change...... My husband had a 7:30am appointment. He wanted to be in and out quickly so we set the appointment up early. He didn't leave until 10am. And there were other customers who arrived after him and left before him.

When I have to contact the lawyer in a class action lawsuit to get you guys to perform an inspection that is clearly outlined within the settlement for a car that I bought from your dealership, that's unacceptable. When I call twice to check on my car and both times get hung up on, that's unacceptable. When I go to pick up my car, and stand there without being acknowledged or greeted for a good 3 minutes when there is only one other customer in the service department lobby, that's unacceptable. When I get an inspection report that shows no problem with my battery, after having been told at my last oil change at your service department that I needed to purchase a new one right away, that's unacceptable. I could go on, but why? Would you recommend such a place to your family or friends?

Always positive and pleasant. This was a routine maintenance, but since it would take several hours I was given a car to use. Service is always very personal.
