Mike Ennis was great. He was very helpful and did everything he could to make my experience a good one. I am less happy with the person in the finance department that sold me the prepaid maintenance plan for my 2016 Sonata. It is NOT what I was told it was. If he had accurately explained what it did and did not cover, I would not have purchased it.

This was a follow-up visit after a recent oil change/inspection. I spoke with the Service Mgr and a 2nd visit was scheduled to address some missed items. The 2nd visit on 7/22 went very well and I was very happy with the outcome. The Service Advisor on the 22nd (A.G. Elder) did an outstanding job and was even able to schedule and complete a front-end alignment for me on the 22nd. Thanks, Jack Lindsay
