Service department wasn't a friendly at usual. The lady at the desk did not give me any eye contact when she was talking to me.

It's sometimes unclear exactly where to go to check in a vehicle for service. Once I've parked and I go inside, It's hard to tell which desk I should stand in front of or check in with. The workers do a decent job of greeting you, but they're usually busy and can't always tell who is next in line. I think it would be easier for everyone if there were some kind of line that people could form when they walk in the door so it's clear to everyone who has not been waited on and what order people came in.

Sam Patel was VERY helpful! Got me into to a car with out a problem and kept his word about fixing up with small paint issues and did it in a timely manner! I will always be shopping at this location with all my car purchases from this point forward! I highly recommend this location to my friends and family!
