I had to get my key remote replaced, and there was several miscommunication errors. This made service somewhat frustrating. However, Andy in the Part department was very helpful. He showed empathy, keep me updated on the status of my services, and worked very hard to ensure that all my needs were met. Because of Andy, I had a much smoother experience.

I am very disappointed with the TAT of my vehicle. My car was delivered to your shop on last Monday to have to sensors recalibrated. This job was just completed today. The biggest issue I have is the lack of communication between your service department and Classic Collision. This was a huge inconvenience and it almost ruined my holidays because I was driving out of town to visit my family for Christmas.
