Brought in 2010 Sonata for oil change but also discovered battery problems that I had not "signed up" to review. Christopher's recommendation on tire replacement was thoughtful and met my particular needs. Also, they took extra time to inspect several needed items beyond just the originally requested oil change. Service included several items but was done before requested time. Staff was helpful and courteous as always; with everyone saying hello.

The service rep that checked me in was awesome. Great guy. I also talked to the parts guy to check into some pricing, he was also really sharp and nice. I've been to Jim Ellis Hyundai a total of 5 or 6 times and every visit there but one was awesome. Please reinforce to your staff that the level of friendliness and efficiency they provide is a real differentiator for some of us customers. I've been enjoying my Hyundai but I would get another Hyundai from Jim Ellis based solely on how I am treated when I come there. Thanks!

Darrow Moore & John (don't have last name) were extremely helpful with my Genesis purchase. I spoke w/ two mgrs. (on separate occasion) regarding the wrap around insurance. First encounter was confusing; I was told I had to make a decision on the spot without opportunity to think about what I was told. The second day, I returned my trade-in car title & spoke w/ Mark regarding the wrap around insurance. Everyone does not process in the same manner; I understood a little better. Accepted the offer then declined the following day (asked for a cancellation). I walked away the second time still feeling "information was not crystal clear"; I could not clearly explain to my husband-he said no! No fault to either mgr. For the next customer explain better, give time & do not pressure.
