During my scheduled service the tires were rotated. However they should have been balanced and aligned also. I had to travel out of town for the holidays and the drive was not as it should have been due to this. Now I've got to take time out of my vacation to have this work done. However, this is the first time I've had even a minor complaint with your service department. I want to make sure I mention that they replaced my gas cap, for which I am very grateful.

There was some initial confusion between the online conversation I had and getting hooked up with a sales person, but it was all worked out in minutes.

Brought car in for a 9:30 am oil change and tire rotation. Learned that appointment was made inadvertently at another Hyundai dealership. Your sales team fit me in and then notified me of a recall that I was not aware of. I was also reminded that it was time for my 30,000 check-up. My car was cared for and cleaned within 90 minutes. The service was great, the wait room area superb. Than you Jim Ellis.
