Great Service! Very reasonable price on the replacement light! The shop was "slammed", but did a great job to get me out in plenty of time-outstanding! 2011 Hyundai Sonata

The sales person did an excellent job. The whole process went smooth and was expedited so that our time was not wasted. He presented the exact model with correct color and options we were looking for and negeotiated what i considered a fair price.

Mike Ennius couldn't have been more helpful. I will ask for him again when I return to the dealership for service. Reason for not giving a 10 is that it is not always convenient to come to dealership and also, for routine services, there are many good choices so the extra time to come there doesn't seem worth it.

After we got through the initial hiccups on getting the car registered in the shop, everything went fairly smoothly. My car was towed to this shop Sunday evening and when I called in to discuss the work, they couldn't locate the vehicle. I spent the rest of the day trying to locate the tow operator to find out where he left the car. Turns out it was sitting right there in their garage but was recorded with the wrong phone number. We finally straightened it out. The dealership concluded that the transmission issue was a result of a recent recall. They put in a new transmission at no cost to me. And even gave me a rental from a nearby enterprise. They would get a 10, but for the relatively poor communication. I would love to have an owner's dashboard so I can track the progress of the repair work without having to constantly send emails or make calls.
