My appointment was long but extremely worth it. Danon Henton is the best! He gave me a time and looked at everything I requested. I waited in a great atmosphere with coffee and donuts. The staff is great and the waiting area makes the time go very fast. Again, Danon was excellent and explained everything done in a clear, concise manner. I love Jim Ellis and have purchased two vehicles there so far and will be a customer for life!

Mike Ennius and team were amazing. My new car had factory defect and they wanted it for at least a week. I explained a family emergency and my need for my car. They did it in 4 days!!! Fabulous people in Service.

It was alright. The service waiter didn't tell me what was going on with my car, as I was waiting to hear back if I needed a loaner or not or if my car was going to get fixed.
