Wenever i go for oil cjange, they spell the oil on the engine. I everytime put order for not make an engine oily, but it is never work.

Sam Patel is one of the most wonderful salespeople I have ever encountered. Unlike any car salesman, he was soft spoken, easy going, not pushy, and honestly such a pleasure to deal with. He did not try to sell me a car, he wanted me to decide what I wanted and educated me from there. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. And, besides that, the G-90 is probably the nicest car I've ever had and I've been driving the Lexus 460 for years.

I'm just so proud of the Jim Ellis Hyundai and service management for there outstanding service. Much better service thanumber the Kia dealer I purchased it from in Union City.

Daimien and Hau B, were both great to work with. I couldn't decide on which vehicle suited my situation and they both were patient and professionals with me.

The customer service was good but getting in and out of the service department area is very congested. Cars everywhere I own a 2013 Genesis coupe as well as a my 2016 Sonata. Maneuvering around the dealership as well as the service department is very difficult.
