The service was excellent. Next day I had a question about my car and could not get anyone to call me back all day. Every time I asked for the Service Department. No one answered. Finally at 5:30 someone called me back.

Purchased Pre-owned certified 2015 Gensis. Stared the process via visiting the dealership Internet site. Found several cars listed for sale that I was interested in purchasing. Contacted the dealership from their Internet site. Received a phone call shortly thereafter from sales representative Marty Adelman. Working with Marty from the beginning along with others in the sale process through delivery of the car was top notch. I would definitely recommend Marty and Jim Ellis Hyundai especially if you are out of state and do not want to visit the dealership.

Service department was not prepared even though we had exchanged emails before the visit. The service was a simple copying of the key to our new 2017 Santa Fe. The visit was estimated at 1 hour and no one spoke to us about any delays. We finally approached the counter at the 2 hour mark and requested our car and were told 'oh we are just finishing it up.' Very poor experience and we are unlikely to return. The staff was very nice, but the delay and lack of preparation was not acceptable.
