The service writer was GREAT, he did what he promised Your facility is the only place I know that the express oil change is an hour and a half. The facility is WAY to overloaded However the gut that took care of me was excellent

Danon was wonderful, and courteous! My vehicle made it in and out of the shop in no time. I never mind having my vehicle serviced by Danon or Jim Ellis because the experience is always great!!!

I had a very positive experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai. From A. G. Elder to Mitch the shuttle driver. They both took very good care of me. A. G. had previously checked my car when I brought it in for a heating issue and assured me that it was fine. However, I wasn't so sure after driving it for a few more days, so I brought it in to be checked by a technician. They assured be that everything is working as it should be. However, I'm an still a little concerned about the cool air blowing out of the system when I have the heat on. I will follow their advice and set the temp manually before switching to the auto mode and see if there is a difference. Other than this I was satisfied with my experience at Jim Ellis.
