I made a service call without an appointment. Although I waited a few hours the car was taken care of , not only was the problem (leaking oil) fixed, but I also received an inspection and car wash. With 83,000+ miles on my Sonata the leaking valve cover was still covered on warranty (2009 vehicle)

Danon Henton was my Service Advisor and he was very courteous and caring. He handled all my questions, He even brought the Tech into the conversation regarding my question about the Heating operation of the Genesis to make sure that we were all on the same page, I thought that was very professional of Danon. I will be sure to ask for him on my next service visit. I also liked the email that was sent regarding my visit and confirming my service needs. Overall a great group of people to do business with. I had my 2013 Santa Fe in for routine service for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The car was finished in the 1-1/2 as promised. The service writer was courteous and polite.
