We were in Atlanta celebrating our anniversary when my Sonata died. Under advice from our dealership in SC we call Hyundai road service who towed the car to Jim Ellis. Danon greeted us and took care of everything. The car was under warranty for the service and we were given a loaner car until ours was fixed. Danon kept us posted every step of the way. I felt incredibly relieved when he took over! Many thanks to Danon Henton and the whole staff! Loved the communication, loved the service, would recommend the dealership service department without fail. Happy, happy, happy camper!

Apparently spark plugs were supposed to have been changed on my 2007 Sonata at about 97,000 miles but had not been changed. I appreciate my service representative noticing this and getting the job done. Total time was approximated to be 3 1/2 hours for all work and it was completed in about 3 hours. Also, I appreciated the compliment that it was obvious that my car is well taken care of.
